Start a return request
Email sales@cd-rking.com with your order number, product name, reason for the request and clear photos or video if the item is damaged or defective.
Eligibility
Return eligibility depends on the item, condition, reason for return, fulfillment source and applicable consumer law. We will confirm eligibility before a return is sent.
Condition of returned goods
Items should normally be returned with all included parts and accessories and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.
Refund review
Approved refunds are processed after the required return or evidence has been reviewed. Processing time can also depend on the payment provider.
